Saint Joseph's Eagles Preschool Program

The benefits of Saint  Joseph School's Preschool Program provides children with the tools necessary for Kindergarten.  It helps children to become independent and develop fine and gross motor skills.  There is time for free play to help children learn to share, listen and follow directions, and also time for group learning so children can communicate and work with others.  They also learn to communicate with other children to develop social skills.

The Pre-K day consists of:  Catholic values,  Math, Literature, Play and Center Time, Circle Time, Crafts and Projects, Music, Story Time, Interactive Whiteboard with engaging daily lessons.

In the Eagles Preschool Program, children ages three (3) and four (4) experience the same learning environment as the older students. Not only do the children believe, achieve, serve, and succeed, but they are provided with a rich STREAM program that encourages them to reach their full potential through exploration, experimentation, and the design process.

The children also participate in school wide Religious Formation and STREAM activities as well as weekly specials including art, music, physical education, and technology. In grades Preschool through 8th Grade the emphasis is on educating the whole child.

The core academics are conducted by NJ State certified teachers accompanied by classroom aides.
