Laughter (and lots of “gray hair”) filled the halls at Saint Joseph School as we celebrated the 100th Day of School—a beloved tradition that brings our community together in the most memorable way!
From Pre-K through 8th grade, students came to school dressed as “centenarians” (100-year-olds), showing off their creativity with wigs, glasses, suspenders, shawls, pearls, canes, curlers, and plenty of classic “100-year-old” style. The hallways were full of smiles, laughter, and friendly compliments as students enjoyed seeing one another’s outfits.
Our teachers joined in too—dressing up alongside students and helping make the day even more exciting. Their participation added to the joyful spirit that makes Saint Joseph School such a special place to learn and grow.
The 100th Day isn’t just a celebration—it’s also an important academic milestone. Throughout the day, students participated in 100-themed activities like:
Math challenges and counting projects
Writing prompts imagining life at 100 years old
Creative art projects centered around the number 100
These activities helped highlight how much our students have learned and how far they’ve come this school year.
